I cannot find the case number of my whistleblower case. How do I get it? |
You need to contact your licensee who can access this from their platform. For your confidentiality, GAN does not store your case number. |
Will McDonald's Corp have access to the reported cases? |
No. All of the reports submitted will be confidential to your franchisee owner (or the person designated by your franchisee owner to manage the system) and yourself. Intentionally, no one else will be able to see or otherwise manage submitted cases. And of course no one will have access to your identity if you are choosing to report anonymously. |
Who will provide support, and answer any questions I might have? |
GAN Integrity provides technical support, a very intuitive user experience, and will provide interactive user guides in addition to these Frequently Asked Questions. You can also contact the Support Center in case of any questions. |
Where will my data be stored? |
GAN Integrity operates both primary and backup cloud-based servers in the EU (Ireland and Germany). Based on your current telephony setup, the GAN platform stores your data within the EU. GAN Integrity fully complies with GDPR. |
Can I report a case in my local language? |
All elements of the reporting portal are translated into all requested European languages (see table below for available languages) and you can submit a case in your local language as well. |
